Our Customer Service Guarantee To You

If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) in a saleable, undamaged condition for a full and immediate refund of your purchase price (excluding posting and packing). Please note, the time restrictions applicable to the particular product you have purchased.

Instalment payments will be processed automatically. Please ensure that ALL instalment payments can be processed as they fall due. If any instalment payment is declined for any reason your Money-Back Guarantee will be voided automatically and collection proceedings to recover all amounts will follow, with all costs payable by you the purchaser. We reserve the right to charge you interest of 2.5% per month on instalments which are in arrears and recover all collection costs (including litigation costs). A further administration charge of 10% of the debt outstanding may be added to amounts which remain outstanding more than two months after they are due. If you are having difficulty meeting the instalment payments please contact our office immediately to discuss an alternative repayment schedule.

The title of ownership for goods purchased on instalment payments remains with Wealth Dynamics International Pty Ltd until payment is received in full and the purchaser acknowledges that they will remain liable for the unpaid debt on a principal debtor basis.

When you purchase any product from us on an instalment basis, you authorise Wealth Dynamics International Pty Ltd or its agent under the Privacy Act (1988) to share information with a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to obtain a consumer credit report about you the purchaser; and/or
(b) allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you the purchaser.

Most people respect our intellectual property, however to protect ourselves from abuse, we have used sophisticated duplication equipment in the production of our materials that helps us detect if you’ve tried to duplicate these materials unlawfully.

If the materials are returned to us for a refund and we find that unlawful duplication or copying has been attempted, we reserve the right to void your money-back guarantee as well.

We reserve the right to substitute bonus items of a similar value where 3rd party suppliers are unable to supply.

Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and fees other than legal fees associated with mediation.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, the parties to this agreement submit to the jurisdiction oh the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia with respect to matters arising under or relating to this agreement.

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement shall remain otherwise in full force apart from such provision which shall be deemed deleted.

Wealth Dynamics International Pty Ltd may modify these Terms And Conditions Of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. These Terms And Conditions Of Use contain the entire understanding between us with respect to our websites and no representation, statement, oral or written inducement not contained herein shall bind either of us.
