We reserve the right to substitute bonus items of a similar value where 3rd party suppliers are unable to supply.
^ Terms and Conditions Applying To Instalment Payment Purchases of any kind:
1. Instalment payments will be processed automatically. Please ensure that ALL instalment payments can be processed as they fall due. If any instalment payment is declined for any reason your Money-Back Guarantee will be voided automatically and collection proceedings to recover all amounts will follow, with all costs payable by you the purchaser. We reserve the right to charge you interest of 2.5% per month on instalments which are in arrears and recover all collection costs (including litigation costs). A further administration charge of 10% of the debt outstanding may be added to amounts which remain outstanding more than two months after they are due. If you are having difficulty meeting the instalment payments please contact our office immediately to discuss an alternative repayment schedule.
2. The title of ownership for goods purchased on instalment payments remains with Mega Success Club Pty Ltd until payment is received in full and the purchaser acknowledges that they will remain liable for the unpaid debt on a principal debtor basis.
3. When you purchase any product from us on an instalment basis, you authorise Mega Success Club Pty Ltd or its agent under the Privacy Act (1988) to share information with a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to obtain a consumer credit report about you the purchaser; and/or
(b) allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you the purchaser.
